Council passes resolution on 522 Corridor fees

After losing a lawsuit filed last February by three restaurants in the 522 Corridor — Cracker Barrel, Applebee’s and TGI Friday’s — over the meals tax portion of their water and sewer fees, the Town of Front Royal is leaving the door open for a future course of action.
