'Over the Limit, Under Arrest' more than a slogan

Across the nation law enforcement agencies have been working together to snuff out drunk and impaired drivers through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s “Over the Limit, Under Arrest” program. This New Year’s Eve was no different, as Warren County, Front Royal and Virginia state law enforcement officers were out on the prowl watching for drivers who were making the roadways hazardous.
